Product Availability

Washing Cocoon sells a curated selection of Jellycat plushies and authentic Nike and Adidas footwear. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Stock levels are updated regularly, but due to high demand — particularly on Jellycat limited editions and popular shoe sizes — items may sell out quickly.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you order becomes unavailable after your payment is processed, we will contact you within 1 business day to offer:

• A full refund to your original payment method

• An alternative product of equal value (if available)

• A backorder option where applicable

Limited Edition & Seasonal Stock

Some Jellycat products are seasonal or limited edition releases. Once sold out, these items may not be restocked. We recommend purchasing promptly when these items are available.

Stock Accuracy

While we make every effort to keep our inventory accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur due to simultaneous orders. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued if we cannot fulfil the order.

Pre-Orders

Where pre-orders are offered, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
