Our Price Match Guarantee

At Washing Cocoon, we are committed to offering you the best value. If you find the same product — same item, same size, same colour — listed at a lower price on another UK retailer's website, we will match it.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, colour and condition (new)

• The competitor must be a legitimate, authorised UK retailer with the item in stock and available for immediate purchase

• The lower price must be the actual listed price excluding any limited-time coupon codes, flash sales, membership discounts, or bulk pricing

• The price match request must be made before placing your order or within 24 hours of purchase

• The item must not be listed on auction or marketplace sites (e.g. eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, Vinted)

How to Request a Price Match

Contact us at carlos.mario.guefland@outlook.fr with:

• The product name and link on our website

• A link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price

• A screenshot as evidence

We will review and respond within 1 business day.

Exclusions

Price match does not apply to:

• Items already on sale or with a discount applied at Washing Cocoon

• Bundle deals, gift sets or multi-buy offers

• Clearance, outlet or discontinued items

• Prices from unauthorised resellers or grey market sellers

• Competitor prices that appear to be errors
